- Ship your item to us at your expense — please include your order number inside the package.
- We'll photograph your item upon arrival and note its condition before engraving.
- Once engraved, we'll ship it back to you promptly.

Engraving Guidelines — What You Need to Know
✅ Best Materials for Engraving
- Matte or powder-coated tumblers (black, navy, dark green)
- Brushed or raw stainless steel
- Stanley, YETI, and Hydro Flask branded items
- Wood, slate, and leather surfaces
⚠️ Use Caution With
- Light or pastel colored coatings (less contrast)
- Glossy or painted finishes (may chip or peel)
- Gradient or ombre designs
- Off-brand or unknown coating types
❌ We Cannot Guarantee Results On
- Items with unknown coatings or finishes
- Previously engraved or refinished items
- Plastic or rubber surfaces
